As of October 1, 2025, the business operations of Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH have been transferred to MACEAS GmbH. In the course of this restructuring, the employees of Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH have also joined MACEAS GmbH.
At the same time, the ownership structure of MACEAS GmbH has changed: The new sole shareholder is SNE Sterling Holding GmbH. With this step, MACEAS becomes part of the internationally operating Group Sterling, which includes companies such as SAT Anlagentechnik GmbH (Germany), NKE Automation S.r.l. (Italy), and additional sites in the USA, Brazil, and China.
For our business partners, nothing will change in day-to-day operations: contact persons, range of services, and quality standards remain the same.
Ongoing projects of Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH will be completed and invoiced as planned.
