As the year draws to a close, we would like to thank you for your trust and constructive cooperation in 2025. It has been an eventful and groundbreaking year for our company, in which we have been able to advance important projects and overcome major challenges together.
On October 1, 2025, MACEAS GmbH was successfully transferred to a new owner, the SNE Sterling Holding GmbH. This step creates a stable and future-oriented basis for us to further expand our technological expertise and strengthen our market position in the long term. For our customers and partners, this means continuity, reliability, and the consistent further development of our solutions.
At the same time, Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH has ceased its operational activities, and all employees have been taken over by MACEAS GmbH. This change process will enable us to focus entirely on the further development and expansion of MACEAS within a strong group. We are convinced that this strategic realignment will benefit everyone involved – our employees as well as our customers and partners.
